Odyssey V7 Point of sales
Our Point-of-Sale systems are easy to use, highly functional and versatile. They can be controlled via a regular Windows keyboard or via a programmable keyboard and include many useful features, such as search functions, calculation functions and supervision functions.
The sales screen is fully customizable and can function without the use of a mouse. Fully programmable keyboards, even on the normal 101/3 Windows Keyboard. Odyssey even allows you to create fast Plu's or even fast department keys on normal Windows XP keyboards.
The screen layout is composed of a user-friendly graphical user-interface (GUI) (See top image), which resembles those of a cash register. More than one cashier can use the system, each with his or her own individual cash drawer. This allows you to deal with more than one customer at a time, which makes the procedure smoother and less time-consuming.
The quotation system in the Point-of-Sale allows quotations to be converted into invoices. Easy searching of previous quotations by either company or date. Full reporting system for items on quotation, this simply makes the management of quotations easier.
A very strong feature in the Point-of-Sale system is the Offline Mode (See bottom image). It provides a complete offline network solution. This means that if the SERVER on the network had to go down, the point-of-sales would simply remain working with no interruption whatsoever.

Odyssey V7 Touch screen
Odyssey touch screen applications are very user-friendly and highly effective. Though the touch of a button on screen, waiters/cashiers can open tables and create invoices.
Both the touch screen and point of sales modules allow various logon methods. Wiaters can log on by using either password, mognetic cards or fingerprint readers.

Odyssey V7 Stocktake
The Odyssey Back Office system allows you to do a complete stock take or individual stock takes according to previously created stock lists. This means that you can create stock list either by departments or by shelf and bin location.
Hand-held scanners (such as the one below Cipher Lab Hand-Held Scanner) can be used during the stock taking process.
There are three optional types of adjustments: adjust stock distribution, sequential adjustment & normal adjustment. This provides for versatility of stock adjustment.

Our Debtors and Creditors control system, provide users with the ability to have full control and management over debtor and creditor accounts.
The applications include the accounting and financial functions needed to calculate amounts such as interest, discount and refunds.
