Club Cards

The Club Card System is designed in such a way that any company that uses Odyssey can now have the ability to accommodate club members.

Clients now have the ability to create

  • Kiddies clubs.
  • Loyalty system either on points or customer spending. 
  • General customer tracking and information.

Club Members can generate points by buying at the store. The amount of point gained per stock item/sale can vary from one stock item to another. The points can then be converted into gift vouchers. The type of member can determine the voucher value. The voucher value can be either a percentage value or currency. Odyssey can also create vouchers based on the value spend per month, and based on those profits it can generate vouchers.

Club card members can also be reminded via e-mail/SMS of special occasions, such as members birthdays.
