Our hotel system includes a fully graphical reservation system, which can plan both current and future hotel reservations. Searches can easily be done using the room number, guest name or each individual tracking number. Group reservations or individual company/client reservations can be made.

What makes our hotel system highly functional is the fact that it fully integrates with our Odyssey Back Office and regular point of sale touch screen systems. The main reason for this integration is unlike other hotel systems, you do have to link to third party pos products. This makes maintenance easier and the responsibility that of the company. Odyssey also allows you to link hardware devices such as cash drawers, printers and automatic telephone link with your current PABX telephone system. (PABX conditions apply, and must be approved by Odyssey Software)

There is a fully integrated debtor control system for credit sales. This makes debtor tracking more efficient for managing customers. Month end statements are automated with lots of extra accounting features.
